經常收到提問：「小琉球哪裡最適合划 SUP 或獨木舟？」「我們可以在XXX進行嗎？」

其實出團地點並不只是單純看景色漂亮與否，小琉球屬於珊瑚礁島嶼地形，四周環海，但不同方位海域受季節風向、浪高與海流影響差異極大。

因此，我們的出團地點並非固定，而是必須綜合考量當日風速、風向、潮汐、浪況、地形遮蔽與進出港條件，選擇最適合的海域進行活動，才能真正兼顧安全與體驗。

以下介紹我們主要進行活動的三個海域

We often receive questions like, "Where is the best spot for SUP or kayak in Liuqiu?" or "Can we do it at XXX?" Actually, the location isn't just about the landscape; it requires comprehensive consideration of wind direction, wave height, currents, terrain shelter, and port access conditions to truly balance safety and the experience.

We will introduce the three main sea areas where the activities will take place in this article below.

大福舊港位於小琉球東南側，外圍珊瑚礁與港口結構自然形成消波效果，水深變化平緩，進出動線明確，在多數天氣條件下，都能維持相對平穩的水面，是我們最常安排活動的地點。

不論是秋冬常見的東北季風，或是夏季的西南風，只要風速不過強，浪高多半能控制在 0.3～0.6 公尺，非常適合站立體驗。

海流方面，此處受外海黑潮影響較小，港內多為弱沿岸流或小範圍回流，流速可預測且變化不劇烈，有利於團體控管與安全教學。

Dafu Old Port is located on the southeast side of Liuqiu. The surrounding coral reefs and port structure naturally create a wave-damping effect, resulting in gentle water depth changes and clear entry and exit routes. Under most weather conditions, it can maintain a relatively stable water surface, making it our most frequently chosen location for water activities.

中澳沙灘位於小琉球東北側，為開放式沙岸地形，晴朗無風時，海水透明度極高，是許多旅客心中最夢幻的海域。

然而，中澳沙灘並不是每天都適合出團。首先是風向問題，秋冬東北季風期間，風浪直接推進岸際，當風力達5級以上，短浪與碎浪會明顯增加。其次是地形，沙灘缺乏天然遮蔽，一旦浪高超過 0.8 公尺，初學者體驗感會大幅下降。

至於教練們的心聲...搬船好累啊！中澳沙灘腹地較深，需要長距離人力搬運，對團隊體力與出團效率都是考驗。因此，我們通常只在浪況、風向、潮位都相對理想的日子，才會安排在此地活動。

Zhongao Beach is located on the northeast side of Liuqiu Island. It is an open sandy beach with extremely high water transparency when the weather is clear and windless, making it a dream beach for many tourists.

However, this isn't a suitable place for activities every day. During the autumn and winter, when the northeast monsoon is strong, short and broken waves increase significantly. Additionally,the beach lacks natural shelter, and beginners may have a poor experience when waves exceed 0.8 meters.

The sand area here is vast, the coaches need to carry equipment over long distances, which is a test of the team's physical strength and efficiency. Therefore, we will only arrange activities here if all conditions are ideal.

杉福漁港位於小琉球西側，為港口型海域，在秋冬東北季風盛行時，西側多為背風面，海況穩定度相對提升。 

在浪況平穩、風速較低的日子，可以划行至杉福漁港左側外海，不過一旦北風或西北風增強，港外反射浪與側浪容易疊加，水面穩定度下降，我們會毫不猶豫更改時間及地點或者待在港內，甚至取消活動。

Shanfu Fishing Port is located on the west side of Liuqiu island. It is a port-type sea area. During the autumn and winter when the northeast monsoon prevails, the west side is mostly the leeward side, and the sea conditions are relatively more stable.

On days with calm seas and low wind speeds, we can row in the left offshore area of Shanfu Fishing Port.However, once the northerly or northwesterly winds strengthen, the reflected waves and side waves outside the harbor can easily overlap, reducing the stability of the water surface. In such cases, we will not hesitate to change the time and location, stay in the harbor, or even cancel the activity.
